Noel Fielding's Luxury Comedy Episode 1- Pele's cup review

Lot's of complaints have been made my Noel Fielding's Luxury Comedy, so I decided to review it and I came to a conclusion- people who don't like NFLC clearly do not get that there is NO plot to it and that it's just a sketch show with over exaggerated characters.
In the first episode you meet Noel (Noel Fielding)- an over exaggerated version of himself who lives in a tree house in the jungle, Dolly (Dolly Wells)- a German eco trendy who seems to get on Noels nerves but she's still his best friend, Andy Warhol (Tom Meeten)- Noels robotic cleaner who's like a child, Noel has to teach him things, Smooth (Mike Fielding)- Noels butler who is also an anteater, Secret Peter- he's a chav thing, no one really knows what he is, he just happens to know Noel, Sgt. Raymond Boombox- a Newyork cop with a knife wound on his arm called gash, he seems to eat a lot instead of work, Dondylion- a mental lion who lives in a zoo. Daddy push- he has a shell for his head and dances to sherlock homes, Renny & Gaviskon- two french chefs who take a trip to the moon and Roy Circles- a chocolate finger who also teaches P.E and sings about his dead wife.
People who like the show seem to like Dondylion and Daddy Push the best out of the characters. They like Dondylion because of the way he's played out- a manic depressive lion who longs to be free and out of the zoo. He's one of the favourites because of the things he says, one of his most memorable quotes are 'I ASKED FOR QUAVERS!' Daddy push has a shell for his head and dances to Sherlock Holmes tapes.
People have also been comparing Luxury Comedy to the boosh however Noel Fielding himself even said and I quote 'The Mighty boosh and Luxury Comedy are two different things, two completely different projects' so for all viewers watching expecting the boosh you're not going to get it. It's also been brought to my attention that people say Noel needs Julian to be funny- I disagree- Noel is funny on Never Mind the Buzzcocks without Julian, why should Luxury Comedy be any different
In all honesty I think you need to understand Noel's comedy, not just the boosh comedy, but Noels comedy in general and understand that Noels surrealism just won't end and he doesn't need Julian there to dumb it down, I like the fact that Noel has braved himself and done something no one else has EVER done before.
